Anna Kinbom

Anna Kinbom works with text based performances, micro histories and alter egos. She uses the art context as a stage for her anti-performances, which show reluctance in methods of entertainment. Writing is the motor of her work – supported by the awkward body.
Anna lives in Stockholm and has exhibited internationally at galleries and art centres including Casa Victor Hugo in Havana and Göteborgs konsthall with 0s+1s Collective, LARU Performance Festival in Helsinki and Maratón LODO in Buenos Aires. She has made commissioned performances for Moderna Museet and Marabouparken in Stockholm.
